March Burger of the Month.  This March we are featuring the 'Stephanie All-American' Burger. This was inspired by Stephanie March, Bobby Flay's wife.

Come Meet Chef Angela Chang

Angela is currently working on a book about tofu cuisine.  As a tofu lover since her childhood, Chang found it was joy to create a myriad of beautiful and delectable tofu dishes.  In no time she was recognized as a "super tofu chef"  through her involvement of countless tofu events.  She will demonstrate "kitchen magic" to prove to you that tofu is an interesting food product.  It is not just for Vegans, it can be paired with seafood and meat to create exquisite dishes. 

Angela Chang's tofu demo will be a fun-filled event.  She will be at our cook top on Saturday 3/28/2015 from 1pm-3pm.
